Customer Tracking

Monthly Balance Sheet
All current records belong to the seed period (October 2026). The sheet below is calculated from the live board data — income from payments received, expenses split into order expenses and general expenses, with a category breakdown.

Income = order value • Profit = order value − order expenses.
Customer Confirmation
Staff preview of the confirmation page. Send the details from an order card ("Send Details for Confirmation") — the customer checks every detail and confirms; after confirmation the details are locked.

Reset the board to the demo seed data (9 cards — 3 real + 6 demo), or take a backup of the data / restore an older backup.
Colour Theme
Choose the colour theme of the whole app — board, kitchen, tracking, accounts, everything. Your choice is saved on this device and applies from the login screen itself.
TopFunnel Sync — Expenses
Dashboard expenses will be added to TopFunnel Expensesautomatically — this activates in the LIVE version after the MCP connection. Until then, no fake "synced" tick is shown.
